Fullbook Agency

The clients your team should be building for.

Fullbook works with a small number of development and software teams on the commercial side. You build. I find the companies that need it, confirm the need is real before anyone is approached, and make the introduction.

How it works ↓

How it works

Four steps, and only the last one needs you.

  1. We agree who is worth your time

The platforms you build on, the size of company you deliver well for, the countries you want to work in, and the person who signs.

  2. I find them and read them properly

Not a list bought from a data provider. Every company is checked against its own site, its own code and its own public filings first.

  3. I write to them, one at a time

Each message names one thing I actually found and what I think it costs them. I handle every reply that comes back.

  4. You take the introduction

When someone is interested, you get them along with everything found about them before the first word was sent.

Every company is read before it is written to

What gets confirmed, and where the answer comes from.

How many products a store actually publishes The store's own catalogue endpoint, never an estimate
Which paid extensions a site already runs, and what they were bought to fix The page's own source
Who owns the company, and whether it is still trading Companies House, the CRO, the New Zealand register, the APR
Whether a team is short-handed on delivery Their own open roles, and how long each has stayed open
When an organisation's own content comes offline The access dates published on its platform

Who this is for

Fullbook works best for a specific kind of team.

You deliver, nobody sells

Everyone is booked on client work, and new business happens when someone remembers to do it.

One client is worth months

Retainers, migrations, builds. A single introduction should pay for itself many times over.

Growth is referrals today

Referrals are excellent until they go quiet. This is the part you control.

How I get paid

The same way for every team I work with.

No retainer, no setup fee
A share of what a client you sign actually pays you, for as long as they stay.
  • Nothing is owed for work that doesn't turn into a client
  • The share is agreed in writing before the first message goes out
  • Invoiced only after you have been paid

Questions people ask first

What do you need from me to start?
A short brief on the work you deliver best, and an answer when a prospect asks something only your team can answer. That is the whole ask.
Whose name do the messages go out in?
Yours. I write as part of your team, from an address on your domain if you want one, and you read the first message before anything is sent.
How many companies do you approach a week?
Fewer than any tool would send. The limit is how many companies can be read properly, and a company I find nothing worth naming in does not get a message at all.
Do you buy contact lists?
No. Addresses are never guessed from a pattern and nothing is sent automatically from bulk mailboxes. One company, one message, written by hand.
What happens when someone replies?
I answer, work out whether they are actually a fit, and only then bring you in. You spend your time on the conversations that are already qualified.
Where are you based?
Belgrade, Serbia. I work with teams delivering into the US, UK, EU and Australasia, and everything on my side is done in writing.
